These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Globe Trotter iOS application ("the App"). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. About Globe Trotter

Globe Trotter turns the steps you walk into a journey across a 3D globe. The App reads step and walking-distance data from Apple Health, computes a virtual route across a destination of your choosing, and displays the result on your device. The App stores its state on your device; it does not require an account or send your personal step data to us.

2. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and these Terms.

3. Your account & data

The App does not require you to create an account. All data the App stores about you (steps, journey progress, settings, purchases, photos you select for share cards) lives on your device. Restoring an iOS backup will restore the App's data; uninstalling the App will delete it. See the Privacy Policy for details.

4. Subscriptions — Globe Trotter Pro

Globe Trotter offers an optional auto-renewing subscription called Globe Trotter Pro that unlocks additional accents, globe themes, and Statistics / Shop tabs. Subscription tiers:

Pricing is shown in your local currency at the point of purchase and may vary by region. Prices may be adjusted from time to time; the in-App and App Store listing always reflect the current price.

How billing works

Payment is charged to your Apple ID at the end of any free trial and at the start of each renewal period. Your subscription automatically renews unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your device.

Refunds

Refund requests for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. Submit a refund request at reportaproblem.apple.com.
