Frequently asked

How does logging work?

Each set is a card. Swipe right for a hit, up for easy (the load steps up next time), left for a miss, and down to skip. Tap a card to adjust the weight or reps before you swipe. Nothing is logged until you swipe.

Can I change the weight step or units?

Yes — Settings → Units switches between kg and lb, and the weight step follows (2.5 kg or 5 lb).

How do I build my own deck?

On Today, tap the builder to add exercises and set counts, or pick one of the premade programs. You can swap any exercise in a deck at any time.

What are the cards on Stats?

Beating your best on an exercise earns a personal-record card; session counts (1, 5, 10, 25, 50…) earn milestone cards. Occasionally a card pulls a rare finish — copper, ruby, cobalt, emerald or prismatic — at the odds printed on its back. A finish is decided when the card is earned and can't be re-rolled.

What does Apple Health sync do?

With Settings → Apple Health on, each finished session is written to Health as a Traditional Strength Training workout (start time and duration), each weigh-in is written as a body-mass sample, and weigh-ins recorded elsewhere — a smart scale, the Health app — are pulled into your weight trend. Nothing leaves your device. See the Privacy Policy for detail.

Health sync is on but nothing appears in Health

  1. Check the permission: iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → Set Deck and make sure Workouts and Body Mass are allowed.
