This Privacy Policy explains what data the Set Deck iOS app stores on your device, what it reads from and writes to Apple Health, what we (the developer) receive, and what you can control.

The short version: Set Deck does not run a server and has no account. Your sessions, decks, earned cards, weigh-ins and settings stay on your iPhone. The only personal data we ever see is what Apple shares in aggregate App Store reports, and what RevenueCat needs to verify a Set Deck Pro receipt.

1. Data the App stores on your device

Everything Set Deck records is kept in the App's own on-device storage, protected by iOS data protection:

None of this is transmitted to us. Uninstalling the App deletes all of it.

2. Apple Health (optional)

Health sync is off by default and only starts if you turn it on in Settings, at which point iOS asks for your permission. When it is on:

Direction Data type What exactly Why
Write Workouts One Traditional Strength Training workout per finished session: start time and duration only. No heart rate, calories or exercise detail. So your gym sessions count towards Apple Fitness rings and appear in the Health app.
Write Body mass Each weigh-in you log in Set Deck, in kilograms. So one weigh-in is recorded once, in one place.
Read Body mass Body-mass samples from the last 365 days, to pick up weigh-ins recorded elsewhere (a smart scale, the Health app). So your weight trend in Set Deck is complete without re-entering readings.

Health data is read and written on your device only. Set Deck never copies Health data off the device, never sends it to us or to any third party, and never uses it for advertising or marketing. Set Deck does not read workouts, steps, heart rate, sleep or any other Health category.

You can revoke either permission at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → Set Deck; the App keeps working, it just stops syncing.

3. Notifications (optional)

If you turn on reminders — training-day nudges, a weigh-in prompt, or a comeback nudge after a gap — Set Deck schedules local notifications on your device. They are created and delivered by iOS; nothing is sent from a server, and we cannot see whether they fired.
