Flight Focus ("we", "us", "the app") is built and operated by Ryan Creary, based in the United Kingdom.
Flight Focus collects no data on any server. Everything you do in the app stays on your device.
The app may request the following permissions, all optional:
If you grant location permission, Flight Focus uses your approximate location once during onboarding to suggest your home city as the starting point for your focus journey. This location is processed only on your device and is never transmitted to us or any third party.
You can deny location permission and manually pick your home city — the app works fully without location access.
If you grant notification permission, the app schedules local notifications on your device only to alert you when each focus session ends. No notification content is processed by us or any third party.
Your focus session history, visited cities, daily goals, and streak data are stored only on your device using iOS's local storage. This data never leaves your device.
If you subscribe to Flight Focus Pro or purchase the lifetime upgrade, payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not store any payment information. Apple's privacy practices apply to the payment transaction — see Apple's privacy policy at https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/.
We receive notification from Apple about your subscription or purchase status so the app can unlock Pro features. This information is processed only to manage your access to Pro features and is not used for any other purpose.
You can delete all stored data at any time by deleting the app, which removes all local storage.
Flight Focus contains no analytics SDK, no crash reporting service, no advertising networks, and no third-party trackers. We don't know how many people use the app, what features they use most, or where they're located beyond what their App Store account already shows Apple.
